Wenatchee College Tennis Jamboree Coming Up this Month

The Wenatchee Racquet and Athletic Club will be hosting the College Tennis Jamboree on Saturday, October 20th.

This jamboree has become an annual event that the WRAC hosts involving colleges around the Northwest and it's quite unique since Wenatchee Valley College doesn't have a tennis program.

The event will involve Bellevue College, Spokane Community College, Lewis & Clark State College as well as several local teenage players that will compete in singles and doubles competition from about 9 A.M. to 6:30 P.M.

The College Tennis Jamboree isn't expected to be a large economic impact producer for the Valley but it is noteworthy because of the relevance that the WRAC and it's fantastic Tennis facilities have gained.

The WRAC hosts many great Tennis events for locals and competitors around the Northwest and this just adds to the resume.
