Kyleigh Gaff is the Director of High Performance Operations at U.S. Figure Skating. She has been with U.S. Figure Skating since 2016, after being a former Team USA and World Synchronized Team member. She attended Miami University in Oxford, Ohio where she obtained her undergraduate (2013) and graduate degree (2016) while competing on the Varsity Synchronized Skating teams (2009-2013). Growing up, she competed in the singles discipline and now provides the logistical support for the singles, pairs, ice dance, and synchronized Team USA athletes, coaches, and officials. Ms. Gaff also oversees the future generation of athletes through programs, clinics, and workshops, and facilitates all athletes and coaches with their progression through the sport. She is point of contact to the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee (USOPC) regarding athlete needs and is the main point of contact for the development, growth, and elite status of synchronized skating in the United States.
