The Denver Broncos officially have the naming rights of Mile High Stadium after a bankruptcy judge allowed Sports Authority to transfer the naming rights of the stadium to the team on Tuesday, according to court documents, according to KDVR.

Earlier in August, the Broncos emerged as the highest bidder to assume the contract for naming rights to Mile High.

Sports Authority went into bankruptcy earlier this year and had been trying to sell the rights since March. No new company came forward to put its logo on the home of the Super Bowl champions.

The estate of Sports Authority must pay the Broncos $50,000 to be free and clear of all naming right debts.
