Robert Lopez

Robert Lopez is the Vice President of the Abilene Convention and Visitors Bureau, an affiliate of the Abilene Chamber of Commerce. Prior to joining the ACVB in March 2022, Robert served 10 years with the McAllen CVB as director of sales and vice president. He has 16 years of experience in the tourism industry. Robert is a graduate of the University of Texas-Rio Grande Valley where he earned a degree in Broadcast Journalism.
