Snowsports Industries America (SIA) and Winter Park announced that the SIA/WWSRA On-Snow Demo will take place at Winter Park Resort on February 3-4, 2020.

The event returns to the resort after a six-year hiatus.

With over 1000 retailers from 39 states and 6 countries, the SIA/WWSRA On-Snow Demo is the largest national and international on-snow demo. The demo also continues to provide the industry with the single best opportunity to test new gear in ideal conditions, after seeing it at the Outdoor + Snow Show just days earlier.

“We’re excited to bring the demo back to Winter Park.” Said SIA’s Nick Sargent. “The opportunity presented itself to return the demo to its origins so we jumped at the opportunity. The mountain and its proximity to Denver, the facilities and lodging options throughout the Winter Park area will make this event truly world-class and accessible to everyone.”

“We’re excited to see the SIA Demo return to Winter Park Resort. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase all that the resort has to offer while giving experts in the industry a chance to experience some really exciting new equipment. We look forward to hosting this event and are honored to play a role in supporting the sports that we all love so much,” said Sky Foulkes, President and COO of Winter Park Resort.

The Nordic portion of the demo will take place just a few miles away at Devil’s Thumb Ranch, the premier Nordic center for Colorado and North American cross-country skiing. With nearly 120km of trails and expert grooming, Devil’s Thumb will provide excellent conditions for product testing.
