Frank J. Rogers

Frank J. Rogers is the executive national director of the United States Flag and Tough Football League (USFTFL). He has spent 25 years in the flag football space, having additionally held the titles of president of All-American Sports Recreation and national director of officiating for the AFFL. He is a graduate of Siena College with a degree in accounting and resides in Albany, New York.
