Jacqueline Watts

Jacqueline Watts has spent the last 25 years mucking about in journalism, contributing to magazines and newspapers here and there. She was the editor for 21 years of The Baltimore Guide and currently edits Menckeniana, a quarterly about the life, writings and times of H.L. Mencken, the Sage of Baltimore. Her only outdoor hobby is bird watching; if it were left up to her she would loaf and read the day away.
