The first of six 2015 USRowing Youth National Championships is underway and will lead up to the 2015 USRowing Youth Nationals Championships, which will be held June 12-14 at Nathan Benderson Park in Sarasota-Bradenton, Fla.
Upcoming events include the 2015 USRowing Mid-Atlantic Youth Championships, May 9-10 on Mercer Lake in West Windsor, N.J.; the 2015 USRowing Southeast Youth Championships, May 9-10, on Lake Lanier in Gainesville, Ga.; the 2015 USRowing Northwest Youth Championships, May 15-17, on Vancouver Lake in Vancouver, Wash.; and finally, the 2015 USRowing Northeast Youth Championships, May 16-17, on the Merrimack River in Lowell, Mass.
"May Madness is kicking off full-steam ahead with the southwest and central districts taking the first weekend of qualifying," said USRowing Events Manager A.J. Dominique. "We're expecting some very close, fast racing at Natoma, as the southwest is one of the most competitive regions in the country."
