The 2021 World Rowing Championships will go on as planned later this fall.

USRowing will be working with four partner clubs across the country to hold selection camps for the men's and women's fours, eights and quadruple sculls that will represent the United States October 17-24 in Shanghai, China.

"We're excited to be working with these programs to help select the team that will represent the United States this October in Shanghai," said Matt Imes, USRowing Chief High Performance Officer. "As we focus on our final preparations for a successful Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games, this is a great opportunity to work with some excellent coaches as we start the new Olympic cycle and shift our focus to Paris 2024 later this summer."

Casey Galvanek, along with Jesse Foglia, will host the men's sweep camp through Sarasota Crew to select the men's four and eight, while Judith Vogel, Matt Madigan and Eric Gehrke will run the camp for the women's four and eight out of Potomac Boat Club.

The women's quadruple sculls selection camp will be run by Reilly Dampeer and Sarah Trowbridge at the Oklahoma City National High Performance Center, while Sean Hall and his Penn AC staff will run the men's quadruple sculls selection camp.

Selection camps will run from August 23-September 15. Specific camp information for each location will be announced in the coming weeks.
