Training Camps to Begin in March

According to Soccer America Daily, the National Women’s Soccer League will kick off its 2017 season on April 15.

The National Women's Soccer League will kick off its fifth season April 15 with four games, including Portland-Orlando in the debut of the NWSL Game of the Week on Lifetime. The 10 teams will play a 24-game regular season schedule.

In Week 2, the North Carolina Courage plays its first home game when it hosts Portland at WakeMed Soccer Park, and the Orlando Pride plays the Washington Spirit in the first NWSL game at the new Orlando City Stadium.

Preseason training camps open March 13.
