Garland Cooper

Garland Cooper, Vice President, Event Operations – RCX Sports, and her team focus on providing turnkey event operations for all of RCX Sports’ experiential properties. Her role includes the oversight of properties such as the NFL FLAG Tournament Series, Rivals Camp Series and Jr. NBA Global Championship Regional Tournaments. This past year, the RCX Sports Events Team reimagined the NFL FLAG Tournament Series and will run 22 flag football tournaments throughout 2021, marking the largest and most inclusive tournament series in the history of NFL FLAG. Garland has 14 years of event experience working in youth sports. A former professional and collegiate softball standout, Garland was a three-time NFCA All-American and Big Ten Player of the Year at Northwestern University.
