Larry Thompson

Larry Thompson, Jr., Owner/CEO of Grand Slam Sports Tournaments, had no idea that Grand Slam would still be around 21 years later after his first 30-team event  in 2004. After spending time in college coaching and in the parks & rec sector, he decided to step out on the proverbial limb to start Grand Slam Sports. From that first event to having over 3,000 teams playing from across the country, Thompson continues to put the youth athletes first in his priorities.
