Marissa Werner, STS

Marissa Werner, STS, is responsible for the creation of an entirely new VISIT Milwaukee sports division, Sports Milwaukee. As director of Sports Milwaukee, she leads the division focused solely on bringing sports business to the Greater Milwaukee area. Over the last 10 years with VISIT Milwaukee, Werner has assisted in hosting major events such as NCAA Men's Basketball Championships, BIG EAST Volleyball Championships, PGA Championships, and USA Triathlon Age Group National Championships, to name a few. She is a Milwaukee native who is married with three children (one son and two dogs).
