The Cordele Athletic Club welcomes you to The Southern 2025 Y8 | RYC | RJCC | PARA RPC | ROC (D1A - DV2 - VET) | TEAM, to be held from October 11-13 at the John T. Rhodes Myrtle Beach Sports Center.
This tournament is open to all regions of USA Fencing. International fencers and FIE Federations are encouraged and invited to compete. The Cordele Athletic Club promotes a safe, friendly and welcoming environment for everyone.

Tournament Schedule
The daily schedule and individual event capping for the tournament are SUBJECT TO CHANGE based upon the number of tournament entries such that a reasonable number of fencers, coaches, parents, guests and staff can be inside the venue safely throughout the day.
All listed times are close of registration for check-in. A notification will be sent to all fencers if there are any changes in the schedule.
Check-in Procedure
- The venue will open at 6:30 a.m. each tournament day October 11, 12 & 13, 2025. We recommend that you arrive at least (one) 1 hour before the close of your event registration time.
- Armorers will conduct a full equipment check. Early equipment check will be 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Friday, October 10, 2025.
- All fencers must have a USA Fencing membership that has been Birth Year Verified to use Auto Check-In.
- Fencers must check in each day they compete.

Information during the tournament regarding check-in, pools, direct elimination and final results will be continuously posted and updated at www.FencingTimeLive.com. Any errors must be immediately reported to the bout committee for review and/or correction.
There will be a special awards ceremony for the top-8 fencers of each event. Team events will have awards given to the top-3 teams. All event champions will receive a special take-home prize from The Cordele Athletic Club.
