Jun 08, 2020

Spooky Nook will be officially OPENING SUMMER CAMPS EFFECTIVE JUNE 8th, per the guidance issued from the state and the Department of Health! This is dependent on Governor Wolf moving Lancaster County to the yellow phase. Register for camp here.

Our team has been hard at work developing a plan to safely run camps this year. We do, however, ask for your patience during the first few weeks as this is a learning experience for all of us.

We know you have a lot more questions, so we've put together a comprehensive set of guidelines and changes that include things like:

  • Refund Policy & Payment Plans
  • Contact-free drop-off and pick-up procedures
  • Temperature checks of all staff and children upon arrival.
  • CDC health and safety reminders

You can view our full guidelines HERE. Our goal is to continue to monitor and adjust these protocols appropriately and safely throughout the course of the summer as state and federal guidelines are revised.

We also know these protocols are new and different. It's a lot for all of us to take in. If for any reason you're not comfortable with these guidelines, we hope to see you back at future camps.

REFUNDS FOR CURRENTLY ENROLLED CAMPERS: As of this email (May 27, 2020), currently enrolled camp families have five (5) days to request a refund if they wish to unenroll from camp. Past 11:59pm on Monday, June 1, no refunds will be given for those campers. If you wish to cancel your camp enrollment during these five days, email info@nooksports.com and we will begin the refund process.

Additionally, we have updated our waiver to include information regarding COVID-19. Even if you have previously signed a waiver for us at any point, we will need all participants to do so again. You can find them below or on our website:

Due to the anticipated high volume of inquiries, please reference the above materials before reaching out with additional questions.
