The BODYARMOR State Games Dock Dogs Competition Presented By All Pets Considered is set to make a splash in Downtown Greensboro this summer! The two day event will be held in conjunction with the Splash Bash on Elm, a vibrant vendor market designed for pet lovers and their furry companions. Set for June 28-29, the event will take over a block of South Elm Street in the heart of Downtown Greensboro.
Dock Dogs is a thrilling canine aquatics competition where dogs run down a 36-foot dock and leap into a large pool. The second annual BODYARMOR State Games Dock Dogs competition will see over 100 dogs face off in three different events – Big Air (long jump), Extreme Vertical (high jump), and Speed Retrieve (timed water retrieval). Open to dogs of all breeds, sizes, and skill levels, spectators will have the opportunity to take in the amazing athleticism of participating dogs.
The Splash Bash on Elm, hosted by All Pets Considered, will take place alongside Dock Dogs. The perfect event for pet lovers, Splash Bash on Elm will feature vendors, local rescues, and adoptable pets. Over 35 vendors will be set up on June 28 and June 29 from 9:00 AM–4:00 PM. Attendees will be able to enjoy a vibrant market featuring pet-focused vendors, small businesses, and local artisans offering everything from pet treats to handmade pet accessories. The Splash Bash will also feature an adoption market on Saturday, June 28 from 9:00 AM–1:00 PM. 13 local rescues will be onsite, giving attendees the opportunity to meet adoptable pets and find their next best friend.
Whether you are looking to adopt, shop, or take in some high-flying competition, the BODYARMOR State Games Dock Dogs Competition Presented by All Pets Considered offers something for all pet lovers.
