The US Sports Congress has confirmed their intention to move forward with their December event in Las Vegas as scheduled. After consulting with the M Resort and USSC Advisory Board members, they are all unanimous in their belief that it is critical to hold this important industry event.

“If we did not think we could do so responsibly, we simply would not follow this path,” said Lou Mengsol, President of the US Sports Congress. Several factors are playing a role in the decision to host the event including the date of the event. “We’re still more than 120 days out from the event” said Mengsol, “that, coupled with using a single property to host the US Sports Congress, off-strip, and having control of their entire meeting space allows us to provide as safe of an environment as is possible.”

The events unique format is assisting with this too. Their ratio of Destinations to Rights Holders keeps their overall attendance intimate while maximizing the time to network, discuss business and removes time limit caps on meetings.
