Running USA is hosting the 2026 Running Industry Conference presented by haku from Feb. 1-3, 2026 at the Union Station Hotel, a Hilton property. A St. Louis icon since 1894, the hotel retains the archways and decor of the Grand Hall, part of the city's original railway station. It's attached to both the St. Louis Aquarium and The St. Louis Wheel. The Union Station is known as a downtown destination and is famous for it's nightly 3D light show. All of our conference activities, including social events, educational programming, and the expo, will take place on site.
Interested in sharing your expertise and knowledge with the running industry? Consider hosting a breakout session or be a general session speaker at the conference. We are looking for volunteer speakers for Feb. 2 and Feb. 3 who can scale their presentation for a wide variety of event sizes. There is no compensation or comped entry for speakers. However, all speakers will receive a discounted rate of $499 and enjoy all amenities and features of the conference.
The event will host an array of breakout sessions focused on topic areas impacting the running industry, including (but not limited to) participant growth, retention, sponsorship, operations, controlling costs, marketing/communications, business best practices, inclusion, sustainability, succession planning, vendor relations, youth events and more.
