The Med City Marathon is celebrating 30 years this year! Bringing thousands of runners and bystanders Downtown, it includes the Boston-qualifying marathon, GPC half marathon, 20 Miler, relays, Altra Federal Credit Union 5K and the GLK Kids Run.
The Health Street expo and Med City Block Party will also be free and open to the community to attend with tons of live music!
