The United States Sail Grand Prix Chicago at Navy Pier brings adrenaline-fueled, championship racing to “Chicago’s Skyline Stadium” for the first time. On Father’s Day Weekend, June 18-19, nine national teams will compete at speeds in excess of 60 mph in F50 catamarans – cutting-edge race boats, 100% powered by nature that fly above the water – thrilling crowds in the heart of the Windy City.
SailGP will kick off Summer 2022 at Navy Pier as the “can’t miss” entertainment event featuring live music, DJ’s, premium food and beverage experiences, fan shops, fireworks, exclusive F50 and athlete encounters, and the city’s #1 tailgate party!
The spectator-focused racing takes place directly in front of Navy Pier with on-water and on-shore fan experiences for everyone to enjoy race weekend on the lakefront.
