US Youth Soccer Announces Detail of Fall Showcase – South Region

The US Youth Soccer Fall Showcase – South Region will be held at the Panama City Beach Sports Complex over Veterans Day Weekend, November 9-11, 2019 2019.

Event Overview
This showcase event is a cross-conference play opportunity and is open to teams who are participating in one of the thirteen US Youth Soccer Conferences during the 2019-20 seasonal year.

Play Format
The goal of this event is to provide teams with two (2) or three (3) matches against teams from outside their Conference. Matches will be played on Saturday (11/9), Sunday (11/10), and Monday (11/11). Teams can select a 2-day (Sat/Sun only) or a 3-day (Sat/Sun/Mon) event option. Any matches on Monday will play as reduced halves to facilitate travel home. Teams will be scheduled for one (1) match per day.

Following the acceptance of teams, the schedule will be published on or around Friday, October 18, 2019. Schedules will be generated/published using GotSoccer.

Teams / Gender Age Groups
The event will include boys and girls teams in the 14U, 15U, 16U, 17U, 18U, and 19U age groups. There will be a limited number of slots available in each age group. Teams will be able to utilize club pass players in addition to primary rostered players.

2-Day Application Fee is $600.

3-Day Application Fee is $800.

While the event is open to teams participating in a US Youth Soccer Conference, a limited number of applications will be accepted. With the goal of cross-conference matches, the acceptance process must take into the volume of teams per Conference so we do our best to avoid in-Conference match-ups.

 The Application Deadline is Monday, September 30, 2019. Teams will be accepted on or around Friday, October 11, 2019.

Following acceptance, the Application Fees must be sent directly to the US Youth Soccer National Office and be received by Friday, October 18.

Detailed payment instructions will be sent to accepted teams.

All hotel reservations must be managed through Traveling Teams, Inc (TTI).

Following acceptance into the event, teams will be contacted by TTI with reservation instructions/details.

The Complex
All matches will be played at the Panama City Beach Sports Complex. The Complex includes nine (9) turf and four (4) natural grass fields.
