The world’s best junior boys tennis players will compete in The Palm Beaches at the 58th annual USTA Boys’ 18 and 16 National Clay Court Championships, taking place July 6-12, 2025. Sanctioned by the United States Tennis Association (USTA) and supported by the Palm Beach County Sports Commission, the event will welcome more than 400 athletes to several venues across region including the Delray Beach Tennis Center.

The National Clay Court Championships are a critical proving ground for rising stars in American tennis. The event not only crowns national champions in singles and doubles, but also provides players with valuable national ranking points, collegiate exposure, and the opportunity to compete in a professional-level tournament environment.

More than 450 athletes, along with their families and coaches, are expected to descend upon Palm Beach County, bringing a significant boost to the local economy through hotel stays, dining, and tourism. The event is projected to generate thousands of room nights and nearly $2 million in direct visitor spending.

“The USTA Boys’ 18 & 16 National Clay Court Championships represent the pinnacle of junior tennis in the United States, and we’re proud to support an event that brings national attention to The Palm Beaches,” said George Linley, Executive Director of the Palm Beach County Sports Commission. “By attracting hundreds of players, families, and coaches from across the nation, this event helps boost hotel occupancy and restaurant visits that contribute to a stronger hospitality industry.”

Admission is free for spectators throughout the week. The Delray Beach Tennis Center, located in the heart of downtown, will serve as the main venue, with matches also taking place at nearby facilities to accommodate the tournament's size and schedule.
