Azalea Trail Run

Lace up your running shoes! It's time for the annual Azalea Trail Run. For 48 years, the annual Azalea Trail Run has served as one of the first signs of spring in the Mobile community. This year, participants take to the streets on Saturday, March 28. Both the 10K and 5K races are RRCA-sanctioned with USATF-certified courses. All races, including the 2K Fun Run/Walk, are flat, fast surfaces.

Wheelchairs: This is a 10K race only and is held in accordance with rules set by Wheelchairs U.S.A.

Mobile Bay Intercollegiate Golf Tournament

This annual invitational is a 54-hole national golf tournament featuring top college teams from several different major conferences across the country. Conferences represented include Atlantic 10, Big 12, American, Conference USA, Big East, ACC, and Sun Belt. The popular event is co-hosted by the University of South Alabama Men's Golf Team and the Mobile Sports Authority.

Tournament play is Sunday, March 29, through Tuesday, March 31, from 8 a.m. until 2 p.m. daily. It is open to the public and admission is free.
