Hope for the future is as close as your next e-mail. The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA), the national governing body of small athletics programs, is requesting bids from interested cities and venues on its 2022 and 2023 Men’s Lacrosse Invitational Championships.

Bids are due on September 1.

The men’s lacrosse invitational is a four-day event that culminates in the crowning of the men’s champions for the year. The invitational attracts between 200 and 250 student-athletes.

Beyond the economic impact to the community, the NAIA gives its hosts significant opportunities to realize a return on the investment. The NAIA model transfers all revenue rights (ticket sales, sponsorship, rebates, etc.) to the winning bidder.

Below are some of the key benefits in hosting the NAIA Men’s Lacrosse National Invitational.

  • Hotel room block: 240-250
  • Average length of stay: Five to six nights
  • Total participants: 200-250
