USA Bobsled/Skeleton Announces LifeBrand as Official Supplier

USA Bobsled/Skeleton (USABS) announced the signing of LifeBrand as an Official Supplier for the organization. 


“Many people learn about the sports of bobsled and skeleton through social media, and we are fortunate to have amazing content which provides the opportunity to grow our fanbase,” Aron McGuire, CEO of USABS shared. “USABS is excited to partner with LifeBrand and utilize their services and education to ensure the highest level of social media accountability.”


LifeBrand offers a “Social Media Accountability and Awareness” (SMAA) e-course. SMAA is the first ever Nationally Accredited online social media training for individuals. Most organizations have sexual harassment, diversity, and conflict resolution trainings throughout the year. We’re excited to implement the new standard for social media education. With this course, participants are trained on how to positively and professionally represent themselves and their brand on social media as well as the larger brand of the organization they are a part of and represent.


LifeBrand also helps individual users clean up old social media posts with their AI-powered Social Media Cleaning Technology.  Instead of scrolling for hours, users can quickly edit or delete their flagged, potentially harmful posts in minutes. 


No one is the same person they were 10, 15 or even 5 years ago and at LifeBrand, they believe everyone should have the opportunity to have their social media grow with them and protect their digital footprint. LifeBrand, as well as USABS, believe that taking accountability and moving forward is paramount to helping shape a more positive and inclusive future for all, especially in this current digital age.


Before USABS’ upcoming Team Camp, athletes will be provided the SMAA eCourse to learn further about responsible social media use. At the camp, all team members will have the opportunity to take part in a scan of their accounts to search for any problematic content. 


USABS has a vision statement of being “the world leader in bobsled and skeleton both on and off the track”; by taking accountability and being proactive rather than reactive when it comes to something as wide-reaching and prominent as social media, the organization looks to support the mission of being a valuable resource to its athletes off the track as well.
