The Manitoba Speed Skating Association is hosting the Short Track Provincials at the Sun Gro Centre in Beausejour March 8th 9am-4pm and March 9th 8am-3pm. Admission is free.
The MSSA is promoting the event as a way to glimpse the future of the Olympic movement. In conjunction with the Provincial Championships the Eastman Speed Skating Club will be hosting an Open House from 3:30-5pm on Saturday, March 8th. The open house is free to everyone 5 years of age and older. Speed Skates will be provided. Participants must wear a helmet and gloves/mitts. No experience necessary.
