Hosts for 2020 and 2021 NAIA Men’s Soccer National Championship Now Being Sought

The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) has opened the bid process to host the 2020 and 2021 NAIA Men’s Soccer National Championships.

The Men’s Soccer National Championship consists of 16 teams in a single elimination tournament format over the course of seven days.

Beyond the economic impact to the community, the NAIA gives its hosts significant opportunities to realize a return on the investment. The NAIA model transfers all revenue rights (ticket sales, sponsorship, rebates, etc.) to the winning bidder.

Below are some of the key benefits in hosting the NAIA Men’s Soccer Championship

Hotel room block: 200.

  • Average length of stay: Four to five nights.
  • Total participants: Approximately 400.
  • Total fans and staff: Upwards of 5,000 depending on local area marketing and team fan travel.

The deadline for bids to become a host for the 2020 and 2021 NAIA Men’s Soccer National Championship is June 1, 2019.
