Event registration platform Let’s Do This has announced two additions to its United States portfolio: a partnership with Mascot Sports for the Run Travis Run event, and a collaboration with the relaunched Color Run series.
The new additions build on the company’s existing portfolio, which includes major events such as the TCS London Marathon, the AJC Peachtree Road Race, and Ragnar Events.
“Our mission at Let’s Do This is to get everyone together offline at mass participation sporting events – so they can experience moments that make them feel alive,” said Dom Goodrum, Chief Creative Officer at Let’s Do This.
“We’re thrilled to be supporting the incredible events and communities of The Colour Run and Mascot Sports’ Run Travis Run.”
Run Travis Run
Let’s Do This’ technology will be used to facilitate the pre-sale process for Run Travis Run, an event founded by Travis Barker, the drummer of Blink-182.
The event, produced by Mascot Sports, was inspired by Barker’s personal journey into health and wellness following a severe accident in 2008. His goal for Run Travis Run is to motivate people to adopt healthy habits through walking and running.
Ryan Dawkins, Founder of Mascot Sports and producer of Run Travis Run, stated that partnering with Let’s Do This will help the event motivate more people, adding, “We look forward to working with the company to help spread the news of our event that is truly built for all.”
Color Run
The Color Run, known for its unique on-course experience, recently announced its relaunch in the US and has partnered with Let’s Do This to manage registration and participation growth.
The Colour Run will leverage the Let’s Do This platform’s social-focused tools to increase awareness and drive entries in the United States.
