Life Time, the operator of over 160 fitness clubs, is bringing pickleball tournaments to its locations resulting from alliances with the Professional Pickleball Association and Major League Pickleball. The list of confirmed tournaments at Life Time athletic country clubs to date includes:
- May 4-7—PPA Tour North Carolina Open at Life Time Charlotte, NC
- May 18-21—PPA Tour Acrytech Atlanta Open at Life Time Peachtree Corners, GA
- June 8-11—PPA Select Medical Orange County Cup at Life Time Rancho San Clemente, CA
- June 15—MLP tournament at Life Time Rancho San Clemente, CA
- September 21—MLP tournament at Life Time Peachtree Corners, GA
- September 28—PPA Tour Texas Roundup at Life Time Frisco, TX
- November 30 to December 3—PPA Tour Finals at Life Time San Clemente, CA
- December 7—MLP Championships at Life Time San Clemente, CA
Life Time will also host the Pickleball Classic Tournament for members in February and March at more than 60 clubs nationwide in partnership with Guaranteed Rate, Best Day Brewing and OS1st.
Life Time has nearly 500 pickleball courts and forecasts it will exceed 1,000 by the end of 2024.
