ACA Announces Continued Partnership with Sunline

29 Mar, 2021

The Association of Collegiate Anglers announces a continued partnership with Sunline to sponsor and support the 2021 Bass Pro Shops Collegiate Bass Fishing Series, and collegiate anglers nationwide. In addition to extensive promotion of the complete lineup of Sunline products, the 2021 sponsorship includes special discounted Sunline pricing offered solely to anglers competing in any of the Bass Pro Shops Collegiate Bass Fishing Series events during 2021.

“Today’s student anglers have high expectations for their line and want to provide products that meet those expectations. Student anglers are also eager to learn more about fishing and we take the same approach with fishing line and knots. We wish them all the best for the coming 2021 season!” – Nobuyuki Kajio, President, Sunline America.

“The 2021 season marks the 16th year of this great partnership between Sunline and the Association of Collegiate Anglers,” noted Wade Middleton, Director of the ACA and President of CarecoTV.  “Sunline’s discount program is one of the most popular on the trail, providing anglers with access to high-end line at a great price that gives each angler an added advantage.”

College anglers will also have access to bulk spools at ACA events to spool up with fresh line free of charge.  Sunline provides the ACA with multiple bulk spools of line each year to set out at registration and throughout the course of the event for anglers to spool up one reel with new line for free.  Be on the lookout for these spooling stations as the 2021 season cranks up!
