Agreements Extended with Race Innovation, Retül and VolunteerLocal

USA Triathlon has announced renewed partnerships with Race Innovation, Retül and VolunteerLocal, which will directly benefit USA Triathlon members, programs and events.

An Official Bronze-Level Partner through 2016, Race Innovation is an endurance industry leader for race identification and shoelace systems. The company supports the USA Triathlon National Team Program with Yankz! Shoelace systems and provides body marking kits for select USA Triathlon National Championship events. Additionally, the company will also offer a 20 percent discount on retail products to USA Triathlon annual members, including athletes and coaches.

"Race Innovation is entering its eighth year as a sponsor of USA Triathlon, and we are proud to continue working side-by-side with USA Triathlon," said Pierce J. Pape, Sporting Innovation Group, LLC., Sr. Trail Guide/CEO. "Whether it be race tattoos or race number systems for bikes, helmets and race bibs, we strive to add innovation for all race-day products used by athletes on course and aim to ensure a safe race. Plus, our Yankz! products for triathletes continue to expand with the introduction of the new Slacklace to aid in shoe fitting and transitions on race day."

Retül returns as an Official Supplier through 2016, providing bike fits for the USA Triathlon National Team, USA Paratriathlon National Team and other development programs. As the Official Bike Fit Technology of USA Triathlon, Retül will also provide the bike fits for USA Triathlon Foundation's Fantasy Camp and create educational resources for USA Triathlon members.

"We are excited about continuing our longstanding relationship with USA Triathlon, supporting athletes into 2016 and leveraging our partnership in new ways," said Todd Carver, Chief Fit and Education Officer at Retül. "We received a great response last year to the content we provided athletes and coaches, so we plan to continue that this year. We want to send the message to athletes that the fit technology they see used by the pros is available through their local certified Retül fitter."
