19 Jun, 2017
OrthoLite renewed its partnerships with Girls on the Run and the American Trail Running Association.
“At OrthoLite, superior comfort and performance is at the core of who we are as a company and we know how important these attributes are to athletes,” said Dan Legor, director of marketing for OrthoLite. “We are proud to continue our commitment to these organizations that align with our mission of equipping every type of athlete – whether a once a week jogger or a competitive trail runner – with the technology and support they need to perform at their best.
Girls on the Run is a nationwide physical activity-based positive youth development program for girls in third through eighth grade. OrthoLite will be the national sponsor of the organization’s SoleMates program, providing women and men with an opportunity to raise funds to support girls in the program while training for the athletic event of their choice.
“Girls on the Run is thrilled that OrthoLite has continued its commitment to our organization by becoming the 2017 National SoleMate Sponsor” said Theresa Miller, Girls on the Run chief engagement officer. “OrthoLite’s support of the women and men who show their dedication to Girls on the Run by raising funds through this charity running program will truly make a transformational difference in the lives of the girls we serve.”
OrthoLite will continue to serve as the official insole of the American Trail Running Association, a not for profit corporation serving the mountain, ultra and trail running community. For more than 10 years, OrthoLite has helped the organization to support trail runners.
“Sharing comfort and fit with our trail running community through our partnership with OrthoLite results in a lot of happy feet on and off the trails,” said Nancy Hobbs, ATRA’s executive director. “We are delighted that our long-term relationship with OrthoLite will continue to grow and prosper in the coming year.”
OrthoLite, headquartered in Amherst, MA, is the world’s leading supplier of open cell foam insoles found in more than 500 million adult and kids’ shoes each year, including Nike, Asics, Clarks, New Balance, Merrell, Hoka One One, Vans and Timberland.
