ONE World Sports, America’s Network for Global Sports, announced today the exclusive premiere of the 2015 USA Table Tennis (USATT) National Championship, this Saturday, December 19, 2015.

The live telecast, airing 10:00pm ET to 12:00am ET from the Brooklyn Bowl in Las Vegas, features the “Final Table Celebration,” the Men’s and Women’s National Championship Finals.  ONE World Sports will air the 2015 USA Table Tennis Championships on its linear network as well as via its Watch ONE World Sports app to authenticated users. Highlights and video on demand will also be available via the ONE World Sports app. USA Table Tennis is producing this event in partnership with Go Live Sports Cast and JOOLA North America.

“While nearly 20 million Americans play table tennis recreationally, the sport has become one of the most widely followed competitive international sports with an estimated 900 million global fans,” said Joel Feld, ONE World Sports Executive Vice President, Programming & Production. “ONE World Sports is committed to presenting a variety of sports that interests both passionate and casual viewers and the addition of the 2015 Table Tennis Championships continues our goal of being the destination for the best in global sports.”

“The opportunity to broadcast our National Championships live is simply amazing,” commented USATT CEO Gordon Kaye. “ONE World Sports has a long history of supporting table tennis globally through their partnership with the International Table Tennis Federation, and the ability to offer the USATT National Championships as part of that package to American homes takes our sport to the next level. We are excited to present the penultimate event in the United States through terrestrial and satellite television.”

USA Table Tennis (USATT), founded in 1933, is the non-profit governing body responsible for cataloging and sanctioning table-tennis tournaments within the United States. USATT maintains a national rating and ranking system and oversees the USA National Teams.  USATT has more than 8,000 members and is headquartered in Colorado Springs, home to the United States Olympic Training Center.
