Burson-Marsteller, a leading global strategic communications and public relations firm, announced that it has acquired a majority stake in TSE Consulting, an international sports consulting firm. TSE Consulting, which will become a fully integrated part of the Burson-Marsteller network, specializes in providing communications counsel to public sector and international sport organizations and will strengthen the sports capabilities of Burson-Marsteller. The joint entity will provide a strong offer in international sports consulting and sports communications.
