USA Synchro will work to raise awareness of its sport and its athletes throughout the month of May by using a special initiative. USA Synchro De Mayo page gets underway in May and lasts throughout the month.
The promotion officially begins May 1. Synchronized swimming clubs are being urged to work with local groups, including sports commissions and CVBs, to increase exposure for their activities.
The website of the governing body, www.usasynchro.org, offers resources and information about USA Synchro De Mayo and various events being held across the country during the month of May. It is also encouraging areas that are home to a synchronized swimming club, team or organization to get involved with exhibitions and other promotions.

About USA Synchro:
USA Synchro is based in Indianapolis and serves as the National Governing Body for the sport of synchronized swimming, appointed as such by the United States Olympic Committee. It is a membership based and not-for-profit organization which services the sport from the grass roots level to the National Team.
