Eau Claire to Host American Kyuki-Do Federation Tournament

The American Kyuki-Do Federation will host the 2015 Tournament of Champions at the Eau Claire Indoor Sports Center on August 8, 2015.

Martial arts participants from across the Midwest will participate in Eau Claire at this Tournament of Champions.  Black belt competition begins at 8 a.m., and an official opening ceremony will be held at 11 a.m.

Spectators can be admitted for $10 at the door or $8 in advance if purchasing tickets online at http://www.kyuki-do.com/.  Children under the age of six will be admitted for free.

The focus of the American Kyuki-Do Federation is teaching effective and practical self-defense that can be used by men, women and children.  Kyuki-Do is a Korean martial art primarily consisting of elements from Tae Kwon Do, Hapkido and Judo.

The estimated economic impact from this tournament is $67,500.
