The Pro Anglers Association’s 2013 Bass Pro Shop Tournament Series will take place in Knoxville, Tennessee on May 23-25.

Angelers from across the United States will travel to compete in the Pro Anglers Association’s 2013 Bass Pro Shop Tournament. A new venue for the tournament series, Visit Knoxville and Loudon County Visitors Bureau joined forces to host the event on Ft. Loudoun/Tellico Lakes, Knoxville, Tenn.

Formed by the damming of the Tennessee River in the late 1970s, Ft. Loudoun/Tellico Lakes, also known as the “Lakeways to the Smokies,” offer over 30,000 acres of prime bass habitat. These lakes are also known for big Largemouth and big Smallmouth bass alike, and this event should offer some of the best post spawn fishing of the season.

Details for the event is available at http://fishpaa.com/2013-tournament-series-schedule/
