Para Athletes Take on The Mud: OnPara Joins Forces With Tough Mudder For an Unforgettable Challenge at Toronto Event

In a groundbreaking and emotional display of grit, resilience, and inclusion, athletes from Ontario Para Network (OnPara) will take on the world-renowned Tough Mudder course this September as part of Tough Mudder Toronto 2025, bringing the spirit of adaptive sport to one of the most demanding endurance events on the planet.
 

Taking place on September 13-14, 2025, at Gopher Dunes – a premier off-road motocross venue just two hours outside Toronto – Tough Mudder Toronto promises an epic weekend of muddy obstacles, powerful stories, and unforgettable teamwork. The event will feature both 5K and 15K courses, packed with up to 20 world-class obstacles, built to test the mind and body while inspiring camaraderie and courage.
 

On Sunday, September 14, a dedicated Para heat will see OnPara athletes take to the course, supported by a passionate network of community members, volunteers, and fellow Mudders. The moment is set to become a highlight of the event weekend, as adaptive athletes defy limitations and redefine what it means to be tough.

The venue’s unique features, including off-grid cabin rentals and camping options make it ideal for a full weekend experience.
