The 2019 Belk College Kickoff takes place on Saturday, August 31st, at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte. The University of South Carolina Gamecocks will face border rival the University of North Carolina Tar Heels to open the college football season in Charlotte.
Just prior to it, the Second Annual Belk College Kickoff Tailgate Concert will feature country music star Chase Rice, along with special guests Filmore and Gyth Rigdon. The concert will take place on Friday, August 30, 2019, at Romare Bearden Park in Uptown Charlotte. Gates will open at 6 p.m. Tickets start at just $25 and are now on sale at www.BelkTickets.com.

The Belk College Kickoff Tailgate Concert will serve as a homecoming for Rice, an Asheville, N.C. native and former linebacker at North Carolina. Rising stars Filmore and Gyth Rigdon will also perform.
