The Triangle Sports Commission is a co-host of the 2018 ACC Baseball Championship which is back in the Triangle after a one-year HB2-caused hiatus, and the tournament is bigger and better than ever.
The Championships will take place at Durham Bulls Athletic Park from Tuesday, May 22 through Sunday, May 27, 2018. Since the championships last run in the area in 2016, the tournament has been expanded from 10 teams to 12.
The previous play-in games on the first day of the championships have been eliminated, so that all 12 teams qualifying for the tournament will engage in round robin play Tuesday through Friday.
Semi-final games will be held on Saturday and the tournament champion will be crowned on Sunday.
