The USAT Long Course Nationals are returning to Harriman State Park, Stony Point, NY on September 24-25.

Hosted by TOUGHMAN, as part of its main TOUGHMAN NY race weekend, the organizing team reported that last year’s race saw 1,450 athletes participate across eight events. The organisers add that registration numbers are currently up over 20% year on year.

This year’s Olympic triathlon has been chosen to host the NE Regional Collegiate Conference Championships and, new for 2022, the Ivy League Championships.

There is also a Sprint tri, Olympic tri and Aquabike, and the 14th running of the TOUGHkids triathlon where over 400 kids are expected to participate. The Sprint triathlon is open to the NCAA Women’s teams to race as well.

Lake Welch is 20 miles away from NYC and 45 min from major airports. Lodging is accessible from all around the venue with onsite cabins available. Tri Bike Transport is partnering with the event for bike transport from across the USA.
