To celebrate girls and women in wrestling, break barriers in this traditionally male-dominated sport, and inspire the next generation of female athletes through hands-on training, mentorship, and the powerful stories featured in All American.
BACKGROUND:
All American is an inspiring documentary filmed over five years that follows three high school women wrestlers as they navigate family, culture, and identity while pursuing excellence on and off the mat. Beat the Streets develops the full human and athletic potential of NYC youth through wrestling, teaching discipline, perseverance, and resilience.
