CIAA Baltimore: Economic Impact Report

From 2022 to 2025, the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA®) Tournament has generated $109 million in total economic impact for Baltimore while driving significant community benefits, including $4.8 million in direct spending with minority-owned businesses and $9.9 million in state and local tax revenue. Visit Baltimore partnered with Tourism Economics to create an economic impact report following the CIAA Men’s and Women’s Basketball tournament in 2025.
