USTA Southern Georgia Championships Scheduled

Gwinnett Sports Commission has announced the USTA Southern Georgia Championships, to be held Aug. 8-10, 2014, at the Lifetime Athletic Club in Norcross, GA.

Some great hard court action is expected at this Wimbledon-themed adult USTA-sanctioned tournament.

Note to players: all players are reminded of the dress requirements for this event. Players will be disqualified if they are not dressed in appropriate attire. Appropriate attire is a predominately white outfit: which include shirt, shorts, and head wear. The tournament director will make the final determination on the appropriateness of the attire.

This dress requirement is 100% in effect during all match play. Therefore, please bring appropriate clothing to change if you play more than one match per day or if you like to change clothes during a match. There is no appeal to the director's ruling on attire. the facility store does have some attire for sale if needed.

Singles, Doubles, & Mixed Doubles will be offered.
