Great news! Registration is open now for a special 20th edition of the Running USA Industry Conference, set for Orlando, Fl. from Jan. 31 to Feb. 2, 2024.
An earlier-than-usual date and schedule change, to a Wednesday to Friday event, allows the conference to be held immediately prior to the U.S. Olympic Marathon Trials on Feb. 3 in downtown Orlando.
“We’re thrilled to be able to again hold the Industry Conference adjacent to an Olympic Trials race, like we did in 2016 in Los Angeles and in 2012 in Houston. These have been some of our most popular events ever and marking our 20th anniversary this way will be a special celebration,” said Christine Bowen, Chief Operating Officer of Running USA.
The annual Running USA conference brings together events, vendors, non-profits, event services and others involved in the running industry for three dynamic days of educational courses, networking events, inspirational speakers, sharing of research, an industry expo and much more. You can register here at the lowest price available, which will end on May 16.
“Our 2023 Industry Conference in Denver was one of our most vibrant ever, from the content presented to the compelling conversations among a diverse attendee base,” said Jeff Matlow, acting Executive Director of Running USA. “We look forward to building on that experience and elevating the event further in 2024.”
Have a great idea for content that will advance the running industry? The event will host an array of sessions focused on topic areas impacting the space, including (but not limited to) participant growth, retention, sponsorship, operations, controlling costs, marketing/communications, business best practices, inclusion, sustainability, succession planning, vendor relations, youth events and more.

The host hotel for the 2024 Industry Conference is Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, where Running USA conferences were held in 2017 and 2021.
