Cheer and Dance Championships Coming to Daytona Beach

10,000+ Athletes Attending from April 8 – 12 and 18

More than 12,000 student athletes, coaches and spectators from 35 states, Japan, Canada and Costa Rica will compete in the National Cheerleading Association (NCA) April 8 - 12 and National Dance Association's (NDA) Daytona Beach International Championship April 18.

Competitions -- which will take place at the Ocean Center, Bandshell and Peabody Auditorium -- are open to the public. Daily admission is $12, cash only; children under 7 are free.

The first NCA College National Championship was held in Texas in 1981. The event was moved to Daytona Beach in 1996, where it remained for 19 years. For more information visit www.ncavarsity.com or call 800-nca-2win.
