Basketball Classic Coming to Palm Beach

The Palm Beach County Sports Commission has announced Duffy’s Sports Grill as the presenting sponsor for the Holiday Basketball Classic of the Palm Beaches, a national high school basketball invitational. The Holiday Basketball Classic of the Palm Beaches, now in its 2nd year, will feature 32 teams consisting of more than 640 athletes from Georgia, Kentucky, Maryland, Tennessee, New York, North Carolina Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Virginia and Florida.

Based in Lake Worth, FL, Duffy’s Sports Grill operates 35 full-service, casual-dining restaurants, all of which are in Florida. Duffy’s Sports Grill has become a regional market leader known for top quality casual-dining with an emphasis on freshly prepared ingredients and grilled items.

The 2017 Holiday Basketball Classic of the Palm Beaches will be played Thursday, December 28th through Saturday, December 30th at William T. Dwyer High School, Palm Beach Gardens High School, and The Benjamin School. Teams will be competing in two Championship Divisions for both Boys and Girls. There will be a National Championship Division for eight (8) boy’s teams and eight (8) girl’s teams, and an American Challenge Division for eight (8) boy’s teams and eight (8) girl’s teams.
