The keynote and closing presentations at Golf Business Conference 2019 offer attendees remarkable stories, hilarious and helpful tutorials, unbelievable anecdotes… and the full gamut of emotions. These memorable sessions will inspire attendees personally and professionally:

  • Together We Are Limitless. Jeremy Poincenot, Inspirational Speaker, Coach and World Blind Golf Champion, shares his unique, tragedy-to-triumph experiences and guides you on how to turn challenges and obstacles into opportunities for success.

  • A Day in the Life of a Nerdy Golf Course Operator. Beth Ziesenis, Author, Your Nerdy Best Friend, humorously explains how technology fits into your life, highlights tech that streamlines tasks, and explains how to use technology already at your fingertips to make your life easier at work and home.

  • Unlocking The Hidden Value in Your Golf Facility. John King, Co-Founder, Golf Marketing University, shows how to unlock the hidden value in golf courses and how to grow your golf business.

  • Who Had the Sh*&tiest Year? And What Did You Do About It? Some of the best business decisions come out of the biggest adversity. This fun and interactive session kicks off with a panel of golf course owners/operators who share the worst things that happened this past year at their courses, how they handled it and what attendees can do to avoid the same pitfalls. Then attendees will be encouraged to share their own stories for guidance, a laugh, or a big therapeutic hug. It’s a supportive and encouraging way to end the education portion of the conference.

Golf Business Conference 2019 will be held February 5-7 in San Diego, CA at the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina. The event includes 20+ education sessions in three tracks: Operations, Marketing and Hospitality; all education sessions are eligible for continuing education units (CEUs) for Professional Golfers Association (PGA), Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA), Club Management Association of America (CMAA), and Golf Course Superintendents Association of America (GCSAA). Attendees save $100 on registration through January 21; find event details, the full education lineup and online registration at golfbusinessconference.com.
