Festivals, concerts, conferences, graduations, and athletic events all share one common characteristic – they all feature crowds. If your work involves planning to accommodate large groups of people, you must know how to plan to mitigate risks and keep your crowds safe. ESA would like to invite you to our next Crowd Safety Symposium taking place on January 17-18, 2022 in the Los Angeles area.

This course aims to provide an understanding of the four aspects of basic crowd safety and to provide techniques to plan and manage safe pedestrian flows in crowded places during all phases of an event including emergencies. Due to the interactive nature of this training capacity for this course is extremely limited, so we recommend registering early. Information is here.

A sincere thank you to our members, new and old alike, for your support of the Event Safety Alliance and our mission during these unprecedented times. Whether it’s contributing to our guidance projects, participating in training programs, or encouraging others to get involved, you continue to be the engine that powers this organization. We are grateful for your involvement and look forward to delivering new member-exclusive learning opportunities and meaningful guidance over the coming months as we weather this storm together.

If you or your organization are not current members, we'd love to have you involved. Check out our website at https://www.eventsafetyalliance.org for information.
