Medieval Armored Combat returns to @the Grounds on Saturday, Feb. 15 for the fourth installment of Battle of the Roses, Armored Combat Worldwide’s (ACW) annual Pacific Region event.  Placer Valley Tourism is excited to once again be joining forces with the ACW local chapter, the Pacific Grizzlies, to bring this action-packed tournament back to Roseville.

“We will have full scale melee battles, long sword and pole ax duels,” explained Pacific Region Commander Erik Saari.  “We pride ourselves on being historical accurate and encourage anyone interested to come out watch us live for an experience they will never forget; the ACW is where MMA meets Medieval Knights!”

In addition to the incredible armored combat action that will be taking place in the Barns @the Grounds, there will be live music, food and merchandise.  Tickets can be purchased in advance or at the door.  General admission tickets are $10, children ages 5 to 11, seniors, police, fire and military are only $5.  All Wounded Warriors are FREE!  Parking is $10 per vehicle.

Gates will open at noon on Saturday, Feb. 15 with the battles scheduled from 1 to 5 p.m.  Mark your calendars and come on down to @the Grounds located at 700 Event Center Drive in Roseville to see the real knights in real steel going full force and full speed.
